West Coast 1" Rail Drill Jig

The improved Accucraft Rail Drill Jig is designed for fast, accurate drilling of rail-joiner mounting holes in West Coast 1” profile rail. Its heavy-duty steel construction provides a rigid and durable guide for consistent track installation.
 
The improved design incorporates a spacing pin for repeatable hole positioning and a locking screw that securely clamps the jig to the rail while drilling. The drill guide hole is made from hardened steel for extended service life, maintaining accuracy even after repeated use.
 
Designed for use with Accucraft rail joiners and compatible with West Coast 1” rail profile, the jig provides a simple and reliable way to produce accurately positioned holes for strong, properly aligned rail joints.
